China Fordoo Holdings Limited (“FORDOO”) (Stock code: 2399) is one of the leading menswear enterprises in the PRC. We focus on the design, source, manufacture and sales of our branded menswear products.

Fordoo enjoys strong brand recognition and a leading and growing market share in the middle-upper menswear segment, which has exhibited the highest growth within the menswear industry. According to the Frost & Sullivan Report, Fordoo were ranked sixth with a market share of 2.9% in the middle-upper menswear market, and fifth in both the middle-upper business casual segment and business formal segment, which accounted for 30.4% of the overall menswear market in the PRC in terms of retail sales in 2013. Fordoo is a leader in men’s trousers as the flagship product, which was ranked second in the trousers category with a market share of 3.0% in 2013.

Situated in a fast-growing market and through over 20 years of development, “FORDOO” brand has been widely recognized in our industry, as evidenced by the numerous awards received. Fordoo has a professional design and product development team, which consisted of 128 members, including designers, production technicians as well as other supporting staff as of December 31, 2016. The key team members, who plan, implement, supervise and manage our design and development efforts, have an average of 10 years of experience in the fashion industry. They identify new fashion trends by attending domestic and international fashion shows and visiting fashion-leading countries, such as France, Italy, Japan and Korea. Fordoo has obtained numerous key patents for tops, molding devices and, in particular, trousers, a testament to the strong design and product development capabilities.

"FORDOO" brand enjoys its distribution network is widely established. As of December 31, 2016, Fordoo’s distribution network comprised 61 distributors and 182 sub-distributors who operated 1,324 retail outlets, spanning over 250 cities and 31 provinces, autonomous regions and central government-administered municipalities in the PRC. Fordoo also has two self-operated retail outlets in Quanzhou, Fujian Province, which are model stores to showcase expectation and standards of a store environment to the distributors and their sub-distributors. Fordoo organizes bi-annual sales fairs every year to display our upcoming products for the spring/summer and autumn/winter collections to the existing and potential distributors and their sub-distributors.
